Rich was great with helping me with my trade in and purchase of my new Street Glide Special. And a great person to talk to while all my paperwork was getting done. I signed up to learn how to ride and although Im glad I learned a bit ahead of time a total novice would do really well with the class. Very patient instructors and the class is laid out to be very thourough. It was a scary undertaking for me as a female but after the first day Im feeling a lot more confident. Highly recommended class for sure!!

We went up to visit with family and friends. Stopped by one day just to check things out. It didn't end there. My wife and I both bought a bike. Everyone spent the time going over everything and answering all of our questions with patience. I purchased my bike over the phone with Kat and she also found what I was looking for. I had some extra items installed on my bike and Ron in service kept me updated on everything. Don't hesitate to purchase a bike from them if you live in town or out of state like we do. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and get what you want. I've always wanted to learn how to ride. Well in 2012 I saw Minuteman online and decided it was time. I had a great time in class. The instructors were very informative and kept class fun. I was a bit nervous when it came time to ride but they were very encouraging. Needless to say by the end of Sunday I had passed for my endorsement. I've had two motorcycles since then. I'm proud to say I traded them both in to Minuteman and bought my first Harley. A beautiful 2014 Street Bob. My experience was top notch. Bud, my salesperson addressed any concerns I had and the following day I took a test ride on what was soon to be my bike. Joe worked with me to get the numbers within my budget and got me a fair value for my trade ins. Joe (two Joe's)in finance got me a great rate and handled the insurance and registration. I recently purchased a Heritage Classic which I named crush.Lately I have experienced pain and numbness in my right arm (previous repair).After being ergonomically measured,we had to figure out how I could ride comfortably. Thanks to Dennis in parts,who had notes from a similar case,which directed us to a different set of handle bars. I am much more comfortable than before,and I feel I have better control of my bike. Just want to say a HUGE thank you to Tim in parts. I wanted to purchase a fuel tank that was being discontinued but I found one at a dealership in California. The problem was that the dealer only ships to other dealers and does not offer home deliveries. I had called Minuteman H.D. and spoke to Tim in the parts dept. and explained my situation. He then called that dealership in California for me and worked out all the details and had the fuel tank shipped to Minuteman. I would of never got this tank if it weren't for Tim. Last season I had my road king serviced for a noise coming from the motor. The service department at MM considered the timing chain adjusters were the cause of the noise. Once the service tech got inside, the timing chain was not the problem. The tech found the cam shaft bearing was totally broken into pieces and the motor was totally gone. Well with only 21k on this 06 and the extended warrantee just ran out a month before. I was not a happy rider at this point. I would like to thank MM Harley D and especially Steve, who is the service manger here at MM. He stepped up and helped me with the good will letter on my behalf to replace the motor from a mechanical failure of this type. I am glad to say the Harley Davidson agreed and MM replaced the motor. I would like to let you know that this dealership supports its customer in need. I and I would like to thank Harley Davidson for backing up its product and name. Purchased a new 2012 HD Softail in the spring and rode it to the Westcoast and back 8,150 miles round trip in the first three weeks of August without a problem ran excellent. Had it serviced before and after the trip at MM and Detailed on the return and they provided me great service.

Recently had my Softail worked on at MM. tires, chrome front end, brake work including floating rotors, 10K service and more. Not only was work done PERFECTLY, but bike was meticulously cleaned. Noticed when putting bike on trailer riser bushings worn. Steve in service had unplanned service performed and was able to take bike home in one hour. Top Notch Dealership! I would highly recommend!

I had a Harley way back in the 70's...when they weren't the same machine as they are today. Had nothing but trouble with it then. Been riding metrics ever since. My purchase had more to do with my unending attempts at getting accessories for the bike I had. That, along with the realization that Harley had the 'best looking' bike on the market and a friend's recommendation, led me to Minuteman. They showed me an '06 Ultra - and I had to have it. The Harley accessory marketing system is unparalleled in the biking community. I went from sensory deprivation to sensory overload! I noticed that when I returned, every employee remembered my name. Though there was an initial snag in getting the scoot registered, due to the type of plate I had, since then things have been outstanding. They evne sent a man up to my house to get a missed signature on some prior paperwork. It's a bit of a ride down to Dartmouth, living up near Brockton, but - don't we buy these things to ride? Definitely would recommend them if you're looking for 'the' bike.

Luckily for me, due to deplorable customer service at an unamed W.Bridgewater HD dealership (where I bought 4 Harleys over the years) and a few friends referring me here I am the owner of a new 2011 FLHX . Scott made the deal happen without the typical back and forth bulls**t that you find elsewhere. Mark made all the numbers work and explained everything perfectly offering suggestions, but no pressure. Josh and Mike 'helped' me spend some money at the chrome desk, and Liam rolled my new bike out into the sun and made sure all of my questions were answered. I just want to say that the Riders Edge course you have there is excellent. I took the course myself last year along with my son and brother-in-law,and now two more family members just graduated this weekend. They confirmed what I already new, that you have a great program there, both of them had little or no experience riding and by Sunday were able to ride and manuever quite well. Gerry and Anthony are very competent instructors, very impressed with how they are able to teach folks that never rode in just a few days. The skills and safety knowledge you acquire is well worth the fee.

One of the best, if not the best, dealership experiences I have had. These folks made such a genuine effort to not only make the sale easy but also to make me happy with the deal. I got a 08 EG ultra leftover. Everyone there was friendly and not pushy. I had some issues and just drove up there with no appointment and they took it right in and fixed it Quick! Then I wanted a part put on a month later and it was done fast and they charged me under the going rate.... WAY cool !..So my girl was looking at used bikes and I told them to find me something and they did...new sportie for less than the used ones she was looking at. I can't go wrong at this place. Well you tell me what h/d dealer goes that far for you. NOW I will see how I am treated with this sportie buy and do another review. But so far...Top shelf!

Both my son and I recently purchased bikes from Minuteman. My son purhcased some high performance parts on line and had Minuteman install them. There were issues with one of these components purhcased elsewhere. Minuteman service department, namely, Jon, Jennifer and Mark spent a lot of time and effort to resolve the issue. First we were greeted by Donna who made us feel comfortable and welcomed. As she gave us a tour of the place i could not belive the size of this place and the HUGE amount of bikes the have stashed here! They even have a special lounge for the customers with refreshments,TV and restrooms! Then we talked with the sales staff and I was amazed at the knowledge they acually had about the products they sell. Even the owner came up and talked to us for awhile. Even though we walked out of there buying only a T-shirt , we were treated like kings. This place is definately a Huge Plus for the south coast area. I will be back!

Went the extra step to get me the part I needed quickly & actually saved me money on shipping by getting it from another dealer in the area even when things were a little chaotic due to the change in ownership.
